Shipping
Free delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.
A shipping price is added for deliveries within the EU.
Deliveries outside the EU may also incur any import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. The customer should be aware of any import regulations in her/his country prior to ordering. Zola the label has no control over this and cannot be held liable.
Deliveries are packed and shipped on Fridays, do you order before then? Then your package will go with this shipment. If you order after that time, you have to wait a few days longer until the shipping day.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the trial period of 30 days (within the Netherlands). We will then refund the purchase amount of the returned items within 7 working days after receiving the return.
Return conditions
A return must meet the following conditions:
The return shipment includes the original packing slip and return form.
Bags must be returned with the dustbag that is included, in the original shipping box you received them in, or in another sturdy box that ensures that the bags will be received in optimal condition. If not, we unfortunately have to charge extra costs.
The items are clean and complete.
The items have not been washed, modified or damaged.
The articles are in a condition that corresponds to normal 'pass use'; as you would fit in a regular store.
The items are packed in the original, undamaged packaging.
All original labels etc. are still attached to the item.

Exchange
Do you want to exchange a product? Then send your package as described above with the enclosed return form, and send an email to customercare@zola-thelabel.com. As soon as we have received your package, we will ensure that your desired item is sent again.
Refund
After processing the supposed item, we will process the refund in the system as soon as possible.
